Hasan Nawaz Sharif Declared Bankrupt Following HMRC Petition

Hasan Nawaz Sharif, son of former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, has been declared bankrupt by the High Court of Justice in London. The bankruptcy order was issued on April 29, 2024, following a petition filed by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) on August 25, 2023.

The bankruptcy proceedings were initiated by HMRC’s Frequent Petitioner Contracts Management Team, located at Queens Dock, Liverpool. The court’s decision was recorded at 14:43 on the day of the order.

Hasan Nawaz Sharif, a company director residing at Flat 17, Avenfield House, 118 Park Lane, London, W1K 7AF, has been associated with several companies in the UK. According to Companies House records, he has held directorships in multiple firms, including Flagship Developments Limited and Quint Paddington Limited.

The bankruptcy order signifies a significant development in the financial affairs of Hasan Nawaz Sharif, with potential implications for his business interests and assets in the UK.
