A sixth man has appeared before Bradford Crown Court charged with the murder of Suhail Choudry.
Waseem Islam, 39, of East Avenue, Keighley, appeared via video link from HMP Leeds. He did not enter a plea during the hearing.
Mr Choudry, 35, died in hospital on February 11 after being found with serious head injuries in Flasby Street, Keighley, shortly after 3.14am on February 8. The court has heard he was reportedly chased and assaulted by a group armed with weapons including bats and sticks in what is believed to have been a targeted attack.
Judge Jonathan Rose adjourned the case until June 11, when Islam is due to be arraigned. He was refused bail and will remain in custody until further order.
Five other men have already been charged in connection with the case: Majid Hussain, 42, of Devonshire Street; Rashid Hussain, 41, of Redcliffe Street; Mohammed Aliyan Khan, 23, of Malsis Road; Faisal Khan, 26, of Malsis Road; and Hakeem Gulzar, 27, of Plover Street, all in Keighley.
All five are charged with murder, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and violent disorder.
A provisional trial date for those defendants has been set for October 5 at Sheffield Crown Court.
