Hassan, known for his investigative journalism, had previously aired a program revealing controversial activities linked to Pir Chuf Chuf. The attack appears to be a retaliation by supporters of the exposed figure.

The media fraternity and public have expressed concerns over the safety of journalists and the growing trend of violence against media personnel. This incident highlights the risks faced by journalists in Pakistan, particularly those involved in exposing powerful individuals or controversial issues.

Authorities have not yet provided an official statement regarding the incident or any actions being taken against the attackers.
